陕西高能循环经济研究院（Shaanxi High-energy Research Institute of Recycling Economy）（简称“陕经研院”）。于2013年7月29日成立的非盈利省级学术机构。致力于循环经济理论与实践创新，打造国际经济合作、流通消费等领域的经贸类智库。

我的宗旨：

通过深入研究循环经济的理论框架、政策体系、技术路径及市场机制，为政府决策提供经济治理、国际贸易的科学依据，为企业转型升级提供智力支持。大力支持陕西省扩大对外开放，打造高能级平台、高水平通道，以一域发展新成效助推国家“一带一路”大格局。

Introduction to Shaanxi High Energy Circular Economy Research Institute

Shaanxi High Energy Research Institute of Recycling Economy (referred to as "Shaanxi Economic Research Institute"). Established on July 29, 2013. Committed to innovating the theory and practice of circular economy, and building an economic and trade think tank in the fields of international economic cooperation, circulation and consumption.

Our aim is to provide scientific basis for economic governance and international trade for government decision-making, and intellectual support for enterprise transformation and upgrading through in-depth research on the theoretical framework, policy system, technological path, and market mechanism of circular economy.
